YegLabs provides AI systems, automation solutions, and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.
All content, software, and materials provided by YegLabs are the exclusive property of YegLabs Technology Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Any data you provide to us for the purpose of service delivery will be handled with strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
All fees are due as agreed in your service contract. Refund requests are evaluated case by case. Project cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee based on work completed to date.
YegLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
